CarbonScope is an interactive, easy-to-use, web-based software tool for modeling and analyzing life-cycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy use in complex product supply chains. With CarbonScope, every step in a product life cycle -- transport, storage, production, processing, use, and disposal -- can be modeled in detail from an energy and emissions perspective.

CarbonScope includes an extensive life cycle inventory (LCI) database covering raw materials used in manufacturing/construction/packaging, common industrial processes, agricultural processes and food products, as well as detailed transport models, energy sources, and domestic/international emission factors. CarbonScope also provides automatic domestic/international transport distance calculations. It can be easily used across a broad range of industries and products.

CarbonScope supports the modeling of all key life-cycle stages of products and services, including:
